La Casa del Batlle is located in the small town of Sarroqueta, 7 minutes from El Pont de Suert, in the Pyrenean region of l’Alta Ribagorça in the province of Lleida.
There are a Masia for full rental and 5 rural apartments, fully equipped, with a common room with a library, board games and a large fireplace.
Apartments:
The apartments can accommodate 2-8 people, with stone décor and parquet flooring. They consist of a double room or two double rooms or 2 quadruple rooms and all with a sofa bed, a living room with TV and DVD and a balcony-terrace, a fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, oven, microwave, mini-mixer, toaster, Vitro) and a complete bathroom with bathtub and hairdryer.
All the rooms of the apartments are exterior except the bathroom. It has a communal washing machine and a 100 m2 room for shared use with a fireplace, sofas and tables.
La Masia:
Full rental Rural House for 17+2 people. La Masia de Casa del Batlle is a stone house built in the late 1800s, but with the comforts of the 21st century, surrounded by meadows and farms of the house, located in the small town of Sarroqueta at 1,150m high.
It has 6 bedrooms, 4 of them with private bathroom and the other two with shared bathroom, large fully equipped kitchen of 30 m2, very bright dining room and spacious living room with fireplace and magnificent views from the balcony.
The Masia has a private garden with barbecue and outdoor furniture. Both the clients of the apartments and those of the Masia will be able to enjoy a 4,000 m2 garden area with a swimming pool and outdoor games, a children's playground, table tennis, a trampoline, etc.
